• Once an experience is booked, no cancellations or refunds are allowed unless specified.

6. Points and Rewards

• Points are earned for every eligible booking and are not transferrable.
• Accumulated points can be redeemed for rewards or experiences as specified within the platform.
• Pineapple reserves the right to modify or terminate the rewards program at any time.

7. Gifting

• Gifting experiences are subject to availability.
